• In rare cases, deliveries may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
• For remote locations, including Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@gritstyld.com.

• We partner with leading courier services, including Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, DTDC, and Shadowfax, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments:

• If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or your office mail room.
• In genuine cases, we will conduct an investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.
• If the claim is validated, we will issue a full refund.
• If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, inform us within 48 hours so we can take immediate action. Delays beyond this period may limit our ability to assist you.
