Shipping Policy

Order processing
- Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 Business days.
- In some cases (high volume or product availability) processing may take up to 3 business days.
- Once packed and handed to the courier, your order is marked shipped.
Estimated delivery time (India)
- Standard delivery: typically 5–7 working days from shipment, depending on the shipping address and external factors (public holidays, extreme weather, logistics).
- Remote locations (including Jammu & Kashmir and North East India): may take up to 10 working days.
- Rare / exceptional cases: deliveries may take up to 2 weeks due to product availability or unforeseen logistics delays.
Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
Shipping partners
- We work with trusted couriers including Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, DTDC, and Shadowfax to ensure reliable delivery.
Order tracking
- You’ll receive tracking details to your registered email as soon as your order ships.
- If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, or within 48 hours after our confirmation of shipment, please contact us at support@gritstyld.com.
Failed deliveries & address issues
- Ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
- If a courier marks an order as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you with next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
