We want you to love your Grit Styld piece. To avoid size issues, please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer exchanges for size-related concerns.
Exchanges are available only if you’ve received a defective, damaged, or wrong product.
💰 Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
Refunds are processed exclusively as store credit (no cash/bank refunds). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
To request an exchange / Return :

- Clear product photos (unboxing video is strongly recommended for quick verification)
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. After inspection, store credit will be added to your account.
👉 If a return is requested for reasons other than damage/defect, a ₹200 return fee will be deducted, and the refund will still be issued as store credit.
⚠️ Additional Terms
- Products must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags/labels intact and in original packaging
- Only one exchange/return per order is allowed
- Sale or discounted items are final sale — not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
- We reserve the right to decline any request if the product does not meet our policy conditions
