Exchange & Return
Customers must notify us of any issues within three business days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or return.
Exchange Policy:
- If there is a size issue or you have received the wrong product, you may raise an exchange request within three business days of delivery (including the delivery day).
- We offer exchanges for a different size or the correct product of the same value at no additional cost.
- We can arrange for a reverse pickup for your convenience.
- If the exchange product is of higher value, the difference must be paid online before dispatch.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with the sticker label attached, neatly folded, and adequately packed to prevent damage during transit. Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.
- Free exchange for size issues but no refund for size issues.
Return & Refund Policy:
- Full Refunds are only issued in the case of defective products.
- If you receive a defective product, email us at support@gritstyld.com with your order details, issue description, and product photos.
- If a return is accepted for reasons other than a defect (e.g., no delivery issue and the correct order was delivered), Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover reverse pickup charges due to rising logistics costs.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to the bank account provided by the customer.
- Slight variations in colour or design compared to product images on our website or social media are not considered valid reasons for return or refund.
- If, upon verification, we determine that the defect is due to customer actions or mishandling, we will not process the refund.
- To prevent issues, please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
Additional Terms:
- Each order is eligible for only one return or exchange request. Once a return or exchange has been processed, no further requests can be made for the same order, regardless of the reason.
- Products that have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our return conditions.
